It’s a long one and it’s still being written. I can tell you this though, you won’t find better kona coffee than ours. The fact that we went organic as soon as we took over the farm in 2013 has improved it taste year over year so far. This has made it extremely labor intensive yet this is not fully reflected in our price. Our price is competitive with other kona coffees on the island that are not grown organically. In spite of the added work load and less profit margins, we are committed to keep from using any toxic pesticides or petroleum based fertilizers. Instead, we work in symbiosis with nature striving for a healthy permaculture system. We are true stewards of the land committed to leaving our farm better then how we found it. We are driven by excellence in quality not quantity, and to sharing our results direct with consumers who appreciate good coffee, from our farm to their cup. No middlemen! No Chemicals! No Kidding!
