Our 100% Kona Extra Fancy Coffee meets the criteria for coffee grading by the Hawaii Coffee Association. These beans are isolated from the lot by using a screen size of 19/64″ and contain no more than 8 defects per 300 grams. These beans are the largest and most popular beans of the farm! Our Coffee’s unique flavor comes from the shade and soil fertility of growing organically under our Avocado, citrus and Mac-nut tree canopies. By isolating the beans by size and weight, we can guarantee a uniform roast with minimal defects, maximizing your coffee experience.
