Our Fancy 100% Kona Coffee meets the criteria for coffee grading by the Hawaii Coffee Association. These beans are isolated from the lot by using a screen size of 18 and contain no more than 12 defects per 300 grams. Our dark roast comes out as big, oily beans with robust and powerful notes of chocolate,cherry and macnut undertones. Our Coffee’s unique flavor comes from the shade and soil fertility of growing organically under our Avocado, citrus and Mac-nut tree canopies. By isolating the beans by size and weight, we can guarantee a uniform roast with minimal defects, maximizing your coffee experience.
