Our 100% Kona Select Coffee meets the criteria for coffee grading by the Hawaii Coffee Association. These beans are isolated from the lot by using a screen size of 16 and contain no more than 5% defects per 300 grams. Our Coffee’s unique flavor comes from the shade and soil fertility of growing organically under our Avocado, citrus and Mac-nut tree canopies.
