It’s a long one and it’s still being written. I can tell you this though, you won’t find better Kona coffee than ours. We went organic as soon as we took over the farm in 2013. Our price is competitive with other Kona coffees on the island that are not grown organically. we are committed to keep from using any toxic pesticides or petroleum based fertilizers. Instead, we work in symbiosis with nature striving for a healthy permaculture system. We are true stewards of the land committed to leaving our farm better then how we found it. We are driven by excellence in quality not quantity. Thats why we go above and beyond estate grade coffee by sorting out all of our off grade and separating the beans by quality and size. This process filters out the bad bits of beans and the size similarity allows for them to roast in synchronicity for a pure, consistent and uniform roast resulting in superior flavor!
